TW3 IMFF Week 22


Monday 19th March 2012

Week 22 completed

Hours Trained: 11H 57Mins
Swimming: 3K (1.86 Miles)
Cycling: 71.30 Miles
Running: 36.06 Miles

Week 22 went pretty well.  The highlight was obviously the long brick session on Monday, but I am pleased that I was able to build another decent week of training in again, even though I missed a couple of session due to my Wheezy Chest.

Thanks to those who have enquired about my chest and encouraged me along the way over the last week or two.

This week ahead is pretty much more of the same, except that the bike ride this week is scheduled to be 4 hrs which should see me head close to 60 miles – the furthest I have ridden for while.
