Back on my feet again after a break of a couple of days.
The session tonight was a warm up and cool down with 5 sets of half mile intervals at a goal time of 4 minutes per set.
These all went rather well actually and the 5 sets were pretty well paced at:
3.15 / 3.27 / 3.28 / 3.33 / 3.30
I am really pleased at the average pacing and felt pretty strong throughout.
Tomorrow will probably just be a very easy paced run.
