Turbo - Sufferfest Angels
So 2014 begins in pretty much the same way as 2013. Horrible weather with heavy wind and rain saw me turn to the trusty Turbo or 'Trubo' rather than face another battering by the elements.
I do quite like the Angels Sufferfest video and this one was a particularly sweaty session.
It's a good start to a big year ahead and once this week is over I will be able to get back in to the usual structure and routine. This week and last week were always about getting some training in over the Christmas and New Year break.
