Week 19 IM Training Round Up.
Apart
from the Sufferfest-ival this was a fairly decent week of training.
Quality was pretty good along with the volumes and my remaining frustration is
my lack of endurance on the swim.
Volume
was obviously high because of the Sufferfest but run mileage was at it’s
highest for some time too.
