First swim since my trip to New York - 2 weeks out of the water and I was dreading this a bit.
Thankfully it wnet really well and although a wee bit slower it felt good to be back in the water. The new goggles I bought in New York were great. Same as my old ones but with orange lenses.

It was really horrible outside - wet and very windy so I decided to do the bike session on the turbo tonight and catch up on a couple of episodes of 24.

A decent wee run off the bike. It is definitely easier running off teh Turbo than the bike out on the road. The legs don't feel anywhere near as fatigued. Even still, it was a good brick.
