Week 27 done! This was my biggest week to date and it actually felt pretty good. The big impact on family life is really starting to kick in now with nearly 8.5 hours of training on Saturday and Sunday alone.
The cycling volume is starting to build up now and this makes the legs feel a bit heavy for the running - but it is all good.
Next week is another big week and it is my last heavy week before easing off a bit next week ahead of the Half Iron distance race on Saturday 12th May at Tri an Mhi.
