Tuesday again. Pond Park Road hill repeats again.
After the amount of climbing on The Etape Mourne on Sunday I was pretty enthusiastic about tackling the hill session brimming with confidence, but also a wee bit nervous as I wasn't sure if the legs would be carrying lingering tiredness.
I needn't have worried. The beautiful morning was a great encouragement and my split times for each were all within seconds of each other. Very satisfying.

More heat training - who would have believed we would get such a consistent spell of weather. It is great to get out in it and at least do a little bit of acclimatisation.
The run was good and I found it very comfortable even though the pace was under 9 min mile and it was still about 20C.
