A very decent weeks' training.
Good cycling mileage and quality - especially the tough Etape Mourne which turned out to be about 1500M of climbing.
Good running mileage and all done in the warm weather which will hopefully help for Frankfurt.
Next week is another ramp up and I am hoping to do some sort of big Brick session on Saturday.
