Had to use a gym exercise bike - bloody awful thing. I don;'t know how people use these things regularly. Give me areal bike on a Turbo any day of the week.

God I hate treadmills.
the best thing about this unenjoyable workout in the smallest Hotel Gym in the world was going out for a Curry afterwards at the Lahore Kebab House on Commercial Road in London. Stunning food in a somewhat surprising location. Looks like nothing inside or out but food was amazing. And it was BYOB too - Class!!
