Week 15 was another decent week of training under the belt. That is now 3 weeks of around 11 Hrs training per week.
This was the first week where the legs started to feel a bit tired and I suppose that is part of the increased load coming on now. Run time and distance is up and that is probably the biggest factor.
However, I am pleased that the effort, pace and HR all stayed strong throughout - even if the legs felt like they wanted to go home before the Brain did.
Next week is pretty similar to this week.
