The early bird swims like a fish?

I had a REALLY early session this morning with a 5.45 start to the swimming session.  It was great to get the session over with and be back home with a quickest yet 2500M under the belt by 7.15am.

Very pleased with how the session went and it probably helped that I was in the lane with some pretty decent swimmers.

I think I will do this early session again - but I don't know if I can promise that it will be every week.
