Things went well on the Turbo today. Season 4 of 24 is hotting up and it is almost a pity that the session is just 30 mins as I could watch more and I am feeling comfortable on the bike.

Run straight off the bike was a good one despite the bitter cold. Happy with the way that the legs respond off the bike now - it feels pretty comfortable and hopefully this is creating the muscle memory that will help for the season ahead.
