It was good to get back to plan again with the swimming although I did feel like it was hard work at times and my mojo was slacking.
I pushed through and actually did the session in a reasonable time. I made sure I took some PowerBar jelly shots before the swim and straight after - just to make sure that there was no bonking in the pool. As my friend at work pointed out if they have signs for no "heavy petting", can you imagine what they would think about bonking?? Luckily it is not that sort!
