Running ( 5.00 miles / 00:40:45 / 00:08:09 per mile /HRZ2)
Steady run at lunchtime around the Titanic and Odyssey areas in Belfast.
It really is lovely round there and it was a nice new route to explore and very handy for a short lunchtime trot.
Happy with the average pace and it felt comfortable enough throughout.
I do have to confess again that I once again bailed out of my early morning hill session on the bike this morning. The 5:50 am alarm call was just too much and I couldn't do it.
I really have to sort this out.
