A really pleasing run in the heavy rain. I loved it - getting soaked but not cold. Good music on the ipod - AC/DC and Bryan Adams - old school but brilliant.
Delighted with the pace and really cracked on to make sure I came in under 8 min miles. What was even more pleasing was that the 2nd half of the run which is up hill was faster than the 1st half. A Negative split as it's called in the business.
Wet one but a Nice one.
