Runuary - Day 2

Running(4.00 miles / 00:35:20 / 00:08:50 per mile)

A little session tonight working on runningat tempo speed.

4 X 3/4 mile with 2 minutes recover in between - done at a goal pace of 6 minutes for each 3/4 mile set.

The whole thing went really well and I managed the 4 sets in 5.30 / 5.22 / 5.32 / 5.53.

It was fairly tough going on the last set which was up hill a bit and I started to feel myself slowing down quite a bit.

I am going to the Podiatrist tomorrow to get my new orthotics and I am pretty excited to see if these will make a difference to my long term outlook for lower limb injuries.
hopefully it works.
