1600M - 00:32:53 Open Water SwimA very pleasing swim in the Sea at Marble Hill, Co. Donegal.
Water was flat and not too cold - I even had Keara chaperoning me in the Kayak.
This really is one of the nicest locations for an open water swim session and I was man enough for the swim today as I was clad in the comforting rubber again. I swam most of the way across to the far side and back of the bay in the picture below.
