Approx 750M in Belfast Lough - sounds appetising doesn't it?
Actually it was great - the weather was good, no breeze so no waves and the water temperature was pretty good actually.
I am still getting used to swimming in the Sea but it went pretty well and I didn't get any Jellyfish stings either.
Really looking forward to the race tomorrow to see if I can bring it all together in a decent way.

The Greatest show on Earth started today. Can't wait to see what the British riders can do.
