Yee hah! One of my best and most enjoyable runs for quite a while.
I chose a lovely route down the tow path from Sprucefield in Lisburn down to near Lady Dixon's Park at Drumbeg and back again.
Pace was great, Heart Rate was great, foot felt good and the weather was lovely and clear. This is what I have been waiting for - everything coming together at one and it felt good.
